School Results 2008

2008 has been another outstanding and successful year for Tudhoe Grange students.  We surpassed our previous GCSE records with 70 per cent of our students attaining 5+ GCSE grades A*-C and 96% achieving 5+A*-G.  Students following vocational courses successfully completed National Vocational Qualifications. No student left school without a qualification; boys and girls achieved equally as well and within the year group there were some outstanding individual performances.

Additionally, many students gained GCSE English, Maths and Science in Year 10, a year early, and still have another year to add to their success. Year 9 students gained qualifications in languages and many did well in their Key Stage 3 SAT tests.

These results at both key stages reflect the support given by parents and the efforts of students and staff alike.   We congratulate them all.
